I have a recurring problem with Studio, namely that I cannot create projects with PowerPoint files (System out of memory exception), which is very annoying as I have to reject all my clients' PowerPoint projects.
I have a subscription to your help desk, but the problem has not been solved so far. I feel really alone with this problem and do not understand what I have to do to get out of it. I would like to point out that the problem occurs on both my computers, an iMac and a MacBook Pro with Parallel Desktop and Windows 10.
