I cannot sign in SDL Language Translation Cloud directly from Studio 21. It appears a blank window where I cannot put my email or password. I have tried to fix this with no success. Do you have any ideas how I can fix this? Thanks.

If your default browser takes you to a blank page, you might want to switch your default browser to Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge (these are the browsers we recommend). Even when you are signed in on the top right corner of your Trados Studio, and when you click on Language Cloud and Trados Live, a page should open in your browser where you can type in your credentials (email address, and then your password).
