Dear all

I'm having a problem when i have installed Trados Studio 2014 in a Windows 10 computer.

When i open it after a fresh installation it shows a message saying that

"Active license: SDL Trados Studio 2011 Professional
The active license is not compatible with this version of the product
Deactive the license and active a valid one for this product

It's very weird because the computer have a fresh W10 installation and never had Trados Studio 2011 installed on it

When i try to deactivate it says that is not possible to do it automatically, and i need to get the installation code, insert it in the SDL panel and get a deactivation code. The problem is that it don't shows any installation code, just show a blank message.

Can anyone help me please?
