I upgraded from Trados Freelance Plus 2015 to 2017. I installed it in my old computer but never activated it because I was purchasing a new computer. When the new computer arrived I installed Trados Freelance Plus 2017 in it, but was never able to Activate it because when I go to my account, it says that 2017 says I am already using the 2 users and that both are in use.
I tried to deactivate the license for 2015 in my Account page in the website but my 2015 is not listed (only 2017, 2014 and some older ones)! However 2015 is working in my old computer, though (thankfully I have something to work on).
Regarding 2017 in the old computer it says Expired. In the new computer it says: Trial (18 days remaining). I cannot use 2017 in the old computer at all; it goes directly to the screen where it says the trial license has expired.
I have seen all the information I can find, but I am desperate because since it does not appear in the Account I am afraid that if I deactivate 2015 in my old computer, I will lose everything.
I would really appreciate your help.
