Deactivate license due to stolen PC. How?

Question

My laptop was stolen three days ago so I want to deactivate the SDL application but it seems I cannot do that without being able to access the machine itself. How should I proceed?

Normally you should log a request with licensing support for this, but as it's the weekend I have just reset your licences. Please try again and you should find the licenses are available to you. 
 
If it happens again then for licensing or installation issues that prevent you from working we have a route for all customers to get help. This can be achieved really quickly using this link:

Just fill in the form and submit it. Make sure your email address is entered correctly or nobody will be able to get back in touch with you.
