I received an error message: "an unexpected error has occurred while loading the global plug-in services." I tried to do some workarounds such as uninstalling/reinstalling and then received the following error message upon trying to start Studio: "could not find any resources appropriate for the specified culture".  A similar error message had been posted on this forum, and I tried workarounds (deleting the contents in the folder "Studio4 > Plugins" and then ran a repair, and now I get the following error message "There was a problem with the installation. Studio cannot be run. If the problem persists you will need to reinstall Studio." Well I tried to reinstall studio, but I'm stuck with this error message. Any suggestions?
