License Expired

Question

Hi, 
 When I try to open Studio 2017 I get a box that says "Active license: License Expired", then a box that says Activate, where I put the license on my account page, but then I get "activation failed, activation not allowed remaining quantity is 0" 
 Please, help!

Hi Paul, 
 
I tried many ways to solve the issue by myself, or else to continue working while Trados was down, but almost none functioned. Luckily, the Support team resolved the issue just minutes ago by reseting my license, so I wanted to give them a big THUMBS UP!

For licensing or installation issues that prevent you from working we have a route for all customers to get help. This can be achieved really quickly using this link and the licensing team can reset the licence for you:

Hi Colin, 
 
The one day notice is because you have no support contract and the teams can't work to a specific response time. But I think you'll find this is a simple fix and they are a lot faster than this.
