Hi, I work with Trados on a daily basis and have been doing so for the past 18 years. Until last night I was able to use Studio 2017 Freelance Plus on my Asus Zenbook and on my Lenovo notebook. While attending an out-of-town workshop today, I realized that the Studio licence on my Zenbook was suddenly no longer available. (Needless to say that I had left my Lenovo at home and was therefore left without a working copy of Studio to use during the workshop!) I checked my SDL account. It claims that bot licences are currently being used and 0 licences are available.
I just got home from my out-of-town workshop and checked my Lenovo. The Studio licence on my Lenovo is still active but all my projects have been deleted and only a sample project is visible. I even checked an old computer where I used to run Studio 2015 up until November of last year to confirm that the Studio licence on that machine is (still) inactive. It is in fact inactive. I can therefore only account for one licence (the Lenovo notebook). The other licence is gone. How can I get Studio to work on my Zenbook again?
