Trados 2015 SR3インストール後にエラーが出て開けなくなった

Question

Trados 2015 SR3をインストールしたら、Un expected error has occurred while loading the global plug-in service.と言うエラーメッセージが表示され、その後にCould not find any resources appropriate for the specified culture (or the neutral culture) on disk. baseName: Sdl.LCStudioIntegration.Common.plugin locaion info: <null>...と出てきてTradosが全く開けない状態になっています。解決方法を教えてください。作業が出来なくて困っています。

First make sure you are installing this version (note the R at the end): 
 
SDLTradosStudio2015_SR3_5262R.exe 
 
If you have then please try the resolution in this KB: 
 
 gateway.sdl.com/CommunityKnowledge

ご迷惑をおかけしております。 
インストールに使用されたインストーラのファイル名が下記であることをご確認ください。 
SDLTradosStudio2015_SR3_5262R.exe 
 
KBの内容を以下にご説明します。 
 
1. 下記フォルダの［SDL Trados Studio］および［ProjectApi］というフォルダの名前にそれぞれ［_old］を追加してください。 
C:\Users\[User_Name]\AppData\Local\SDL 
 
2. 下記フォルダの［SDL Trados Studio］および［ProjectApi］というフォルダの名前にそれぞれ［_old］を追加してください。 
C:\Users\[User_Name]\AppData\Roaming\SDL - rename the SDL Trados Studio and ProjectApi folder 
 
3. 下記フォルダの［Studio 2015］フォルダの名前に［_old］を追加してください。 
C:\Users\[User_Name]\Documents\Studio [VERSION] - rename the Studio [VERSION folder to Studio [VERSION]_Old 
 
上記の後、再度［SDLTradosStudio2015_SR3_5262R.exe］を実行してください。
