Upgrade from Freelance Studio 2017 to 2017 Freelance Plus

Hello, 
 
 I am unable to upgrade my licence from Studio Freelance 2017 to FL Plus. 
 Any hint on how to upgarde? I deactivated the previous key and introduced the new one but I am having an error message.

ok - we're wondering if the license information has become corrupted somehow. So please can you close Studio and then delete the Studio.lic file from here: 
 
c:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio5\Data\Studio.lic 
 
Then open Studio and reactivate with the code in your account. 
 
If this does not resolve the problem please reopen, or log a new case, point to this thread in the details and the support team will have a look at your machine.

What is your error message? When I look at your account you already have FL Plus.

You need to ask the licensing team to reset your licence. For licensing or installation issues that prevent you from working we have a route for all customers to get help. This can be achieved really quickly using this link:

Just fill in the form and submit it. Make sure your email address is entered correctly or nobody will be able to get back in touch with you. 
 
However, we have reset your licence for you already so please try again with your new licence key as shown in your account and I think you'll find you will be able to activate the product.

I'm going to speak to the support team about this because we have definitely reset your licence twice now. Probably we will need to look at your machine.
