How To Activate a Licence After a Computer Crash.

Question

Hello, 
 I have a SDL Trados Studio 2015 Freelance Plus licence. 
 I had a first computer crash a few days ago and lost the licence on this computer so I used the second licence available. 
 Yesterday my computer crashed again and I lost that second licence and I have no more licences available. 
 Could you please tell me how to get my licences back and activate them?

If you require help for Licensing (or installation) request you can log a ticket with our Support Teams here: gateway.sdl.com/webtocase 
 
I have done that for you now (to have this tracked on our side) and you should have received some notification emails. Please do not bother in this case to answer as I already have done the reset of your license and you should be able to activate SDL Trados Studio again.
