Trados 2017 new license does not show on my SDL account

Hi,

My license was deactivated as the payment was received a few days late, but Martina Beirne now told me that my new license should be available in my account. When I log in, I only see that my previous license is in use, and when I click on Deactivate offline, the Activation state indicates "Deactivation initiated" (the IT team here in the office tried to deactivate it yesterday but failed to do so).

It looks like I am stuck, the link to log a support ticket does not work and I am unable to deactivate properly and generate my new license.

Sorry if I am not very clear, I don't understand the issue really well either.

It just looks like something is stuck and prevent my new license to appear on my account.
