Dear Sirs! 
 I have reinstalled my windows 7 and now I have problem with reinstalling my sdl. In the following link ( http://www.translationzone.com/video/sdl-trados-studio-2015-how-to-deactivate-your-licence-offline/99266/) When clicking on product activation, there is an option as "deactivate offline". I can't find it in my 2017 version. My previous activation code is: . please tell me the detailed steps of how to reinstall my product. A free trial has been activated for me which will be expired in 16 days.sincerely yours!

No worries- we edited it out for you. 
I am currently in the process of having this license cancelled and replaced with a new one (to prevent any misuse). 
I will let you know once the new license is available to use.

The easiest option is to simply ask for license reset 
 
 gateway.sdl.com/webtocase 
 
Ensure that you use your SDL account registered email address please as otherwise the licensing team will not be able to find your account.
