TM Optimizer crashes when opening

Question

After installing the TM Optimizer and starting I get the message that the application crashes. I could only close or try to debug: "System.IO.FileNotFoundException was unhandled Message: An unhandled exception of type 'System.IO.FileNotFoundException' occurred in mscorlib.dll Additional information: Die Datei oder Assembly "Sdl.Core.Globalization, Version=1.8.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=c28cdb26c445c888" oder eine Abh&auml;ngigkeit davon wurde nicht gefunden. Das System kann die angegebene Datei nicht finden. 
 
 I use Windows 7 64 bit German, with SDL Trados Studio 2017 installed.

This app is not an addin, it's a standalone application (just checking we're talking about the same thing). Do you have any other versions of Studio installed? Have you installed the app, and Studio with admin rights? So right-click and choose install as administrator.
