Studio 2015 Windows 10 Office 2013

I am going to format my hard disk and upgrade to Windows 10 and Office 2013. Are they compatible with Studio 2015? How do I proceed with Studio? Do I have to uninstall it? Which files do I have to keep? Or shall I start from zero? How about my TMs? and Multiterm? Thanks

    Hi Ana- Lucia Uribe (Ana Lucia Uribe)-

    First of all I can confirm that your Studio 2015 (SR-2) is indeed fully compatible with Windows 10 and Office 2013.

    Before you start with the formatting of the hard drive- please RETURN/DEACTIVATE your current Studio 2015 license-

    (there is NO need to de-install the software if you are formatting the HDD.)

    Once you have formatted the HDD and have installed Windows/Office- Log in to your SDL account and download the software via your account and install.

    Then when requested, use the previously returned activation key to reactivate Studio 2015 on your 'new' machine.

    PLEASE DO NOT forget to also back up all resources that you have accumulated, such as TM's/Dictionaries and Termbase etc. to an external drive as you will otherwise not be able to retrieve these after the HDD is formatted.
