Dear all,
I have an issue with Trados 2017 which I have purchased last year on presale. I decided to install it today and since I have bought 2 licences I first installed one licence on my PC and then this evening I was trying to install the second licence on the laptop. Unfortunately it shows no upgrade available. I returned the licence for Trados 2015 which now shows as available but no upgrade. Can you please help?
