Trados 2015 License Expired Message

Hi! I opened my Trados 2015 to start working on a translation due TODAY and I get a License Expired message. The solution in the knowledge base is to file a support request , which I did (case : 00272969) and I get an email saying  "We normally respond to these requests within 2 business days. However, if you require a license reset we will aim to respond within 1 business day" I cannot possible wait for 2 business days to use a license I PAID FOR!!! SDL this is ridicoulous, how come you let a "no expiry date" license expire?
