Hi Alexandra,
Is it possible you were still working with the trial license that came with Studio 2017? If so, all you need to do is click the Activate button and fill in the license number you see on the licenses page of your SDL account.
If not, and if Paul Filkin or one of the other wonderful people at SDL doesn't see this now and sort it out for you, here's where you can go right now to have your licensing or installation issues resolved by Support:

Just fill in the form and submit it. Make sure your email address is entered correctly. They normally get back to you really quickly.
