Problem when downloading apps

Question

Hello, 
 
 I'm not able to download any app because when I click on a link to open the app page there is no result but the homepage again... 
 Do you have the same problem? This happens since two weeks ago or more... Please advise.

 Thanks for your email.. 
 I just want to post the resolution here in community so it could help others with App Store Log-in issues.. 
 To log in to the App Store, you must always use an email address that is registered as administrator on your SDL (license) account. 
 This is also the situation when connecting to SDL Language Cloud from within Studio. 
 To check settings- Log in to your SDL Account- ACCOUNT/ACCOUNT DETAILS - and make sure the account administrator box is ticked-
