Start a Project in "Trial" Mode and Finish It in "Activated" Mode? - License Issue

So it appears that I'm having the same dreaded licensing error that many others have had (start date not reached / Activation not allowed as remaining quantity is 0). Major bummer, but I've submitted a support ticket to get it fixed (via resetting; if you need the link --> http://support.xl8.one), but since it's the weekend, I don't expect to hear back until at least Monday. The problem is that I need to start a huge project tomorrow (Sunday; eastern time zone) to be able to make the deadline later in the week.

So my question is this: Can I setup + start translating this project in "Trial" mode and then activate the license when it's fixed without causing problems with the project? Or what should I do? Wait to activate the license until the project is finished? (Starting the project later is not an option...)

Special project requirements:
- Creation of project-specific TM to return to PM
- Attachment of previously made TMs
- Creation + attachment of a termbase from an Excel file.

System / Software info:
- Windows 10
- SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance Plus + Multiterm

Thanks in advance!
