Trouble with SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance activation

Question

Hello, I just bought SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance. I tried to activate it but it won't allow me to do so and keep indicating (TRIAL). It does not seem to be activated even if in my SDL account there is 1 in use and 0 available. How can I really have my SDL activated? I use Windows 7. 
 Really disappointed for a first time SDL purchase...

Hi Olivier Thomas , 
 
The trial mode runs for 30-days as a full Professional version Once you activate it you lose that and it becomes a Freelance Licence, so it's normally worth running it as a trial until it finishes. However, I have just reset your licence so you can probably activate it again now and it should be fine. 
 
You can also reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for SDL Trados 2015 and SDL Trados Studio 2017. 
 
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions if it happens again.
