I have an issue with my laptop machine and my SDL Trados licence in the laptop.
When I was do the translation job suddenly my laptop shut down and not able to on anymore.
I would like to get an advise how to install SDL trados another laptop by using my licence.
Can anyone advise. I need urgent feedback because I have job need to be submitted tomorrow.

Hi Mansor,
Before reinstalling Studio 2017 on a new machine you need to deactivate the license from the broken computer.
Please log in to your SDL online account then follow the instructions from the article below to deactivate the license:
gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge
Once done, proceed with installation of the Studio on the new machine - you will find installers for Studio 2017 SR1 and MultiTerm 2017 SR1 in your account/downloads - when installed please activate the software with the same code.
