HOW TO ASK FOR AN INVOICE

Question

I have recently purchased an SDL Trados Studio 2017 Starter license and I need an invoice for accounting reasons. I cannot find where to ask for one or whom should I contact.

If you log into your SDL Account and go to Accounts > Orders > Order History and click the order you will be able to download a copy on your invoice. Alternatively if you send me an email (ffenn@sdl.com) with your order number and email address, under which you purchased the licence, I can send you a copy of the invoice.
