I purchased a license and it was working fine, until I had to format my laptop. When I tried to insert the same license key upon reinstalling, a message showed that read: Activation failed. Activation not allowed as remaining quantity is: 0. In such case, can you please advise me about the required steps for a successful activation? Thanks in advance!!
Hello Eliane Youness , not sure what Edition you´re working with but via this link you can create a support case for our licensing support: gateway.sdl.com/liveagentlicensing - you do have two options, use the chat option with our technicians or submit a case for them to pick up and reset the license for you
