I have SDL studio 2017 and today I am not able to launch it as it says License expired. I tried to activate but it says Activation failed. Activation not allowed as remaining quantity is 0. I have looked at the troubleshooting page. I don't have it open on another PC. I am not sure if someone else is using my code - how would I find out? The final option seems to be returning my code? What can you suggest?

I have checked your account and it appears you activated your license back in February.
Therefore I believe the license may have been corrupted through a Windows and or AV update.
You can reset the license yourself, by logging in to your SDL account/Licenses and RETURN LICENCE manually-
Just follow the instructions and be sure to wait 20 minutes BEFORE trying to reactivate Studio.
Please let me know how you get on and if this resolves the issue.
