License not found!

Question

Hello, I just bought my Freelance plus license from reseller in Egypt, but when i opened my account, i found message " no date" in my Licence tap, could you please help?!

Hi Hossam, 
 
I have not found an account for on this name- 
Do you have the 6 digit order number please and the name of the reseller you purchased through please. 
(You can also share these privately with me-swhale@sdl.com 
 
I think this may just be a case that it takes a day or so for reseller orders to be processed and appear in your account.

Hi Hossam Mohammed 
 I am just following up on my previous reply. 
 Due to an SDL internal error, you license had not been released. 
 However this issue has now been fixed and the license is now available in your account. 
 Apologies for any inconvenience.
