Online deactivation method not working - not authorised to revoke the license

Question

Trados Studio 2017 SR1 doesn't allow me to deactivate the license with the online method. 
 Here's the error message

Hi Hannu, 
 
I understand that you have been in contact with my colleague Jane Chaffer who has already advised you to log a support ticket as this is the ATC Pro license. 
Simply log in to your account- Support and Education- Licensing and Installation- then SUBMIT CASE. 
 
All such cases are dealt with very quickly.
