 Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Starter License on 16 July 2017 (My order # is 458619). At then, I installed and activated it well. After a week, the software re-requests the activation process. When I do the same steps, it gives me a message saying that the quantity is 0. How to fix it?

Another problem that I purchased the license on 16 July 2017 as I said, but the registered activation date on the website is 27 February 2017. How to modify the date?
