SDL Trados Studio 2017 appears in Trial Mode after activation

Hi all, 
 
 I have activated SDL Trados 2017 Freelance on 22 setember 2017, but today SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance appears in Trial Mode. I have requested help to SDL, but no answer till now.

Can you tell me if this is still an issue for you? I have checked your account and see all your licences are available for you. None of them are in use.
