Dear all
I had to restore my computer OS with an old backup. Since then I've had problems with Trados 2007 license.
I use the "License Manager" : First I saw that my license was tagged as "damaged". I repaired it and it was OK.
Now Trados cannot find my license again (don't know why) and I cannot activate it online. When I do this I receive the following error : "COULD NOT CONTACT ACTIVATION SERVER (ERROR CODE 0)"
Could someone help me ?

Hi Olivier
I have noticed in your account that your activations are all currently in use, so in order to solve the above you would need to reset one of your activations.
To do so please log in into your SDL account -->then please click on Licenses --> next to the license please click on 'Return License' and then force return and select the activation that you would like to reset.
