I upgraded to trados 2017 (from 2015) at the beginning of the week and now my computers doesn't recognise the files that are linked to trados. I can't double click to open xliff, packages, or tm Error Message: when i try i get "aucun type de licence trouvé”"
After looking at your account, I note a mix Professional and Freelance licenses.
Therefore it would be important to know which version you are referring to as the provided error message may suggest the (network) license has not been installed correctly- The single user license are active- but NOT the Network version.
To install Network licenses- you must have installed the SDL License Server manager correctly (available in your SDL account/downloads.
If you know the exact address of where the files are stored, then you can user the following free SDL App -Studio Migration Utility'
http://appstore.sdl.com/language/app/studio-migration-utility/481/ which eases the migration from one version to another.
