After a silent installation of trados studio 2017 and its prerequisites I can not activate trados. Like if licensing components are missing.
If I activate online, I have got this message:
If I do an offline activation, activation works. But when launching trados I have this:
In the case of an ofline activation ( only ) , I can see my product activated in licence center (web).

I would suggest this is due to an error between the Nalpieron licensing system, your Uni time limited Pro Licences and that there has been a system clock change (which will block most license types with an expiration date.
As the license(s) are now blocked, you will need to request a license reset via your Uni account/Support/Licensing and installation https://gateway.sdl.com/liveagentlicensing
