Dear All,
Have anyone come across this problem or is it just me? I'd really appreciated it if someone could share his/her opinion.
Thank you in advance!

Same problem here. I can no longer download apps from the SDL AppStore even after a successful login.
I get the same message over and over again, asking me to login to be able to download anything.
Firefox x64 v88.0.1, Windows 10 21h1
(even after clearing the browser cache)
Hi, it turns out that the Firefox Privacy Badger extension causes problems,
but the uBlock Origin extension does not interfere with the site.
Hi Patrick,
Have you tried using the AppStore from a different browser such as Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome?
All the best,
Ali
Hello,
I am experiencing the same issue; first, I was caught in a loop of "sign in" - "download" - "sign in" - "download" to infinity and beyond. I cleared my cache history but it made no difference, neither on Chrome nor on Edge.
Then I downloaded Firefox, which at least kept me logged in, but was unable to download any apps (I got various errors, Page not Found, and more).
Would you have any suggestions, please? Thank you,
Angela
In my case, the problem was caused by a Firefox extension, Privacy Badger

If you don't have it, check your others installed extensions juste in case. Desactivate them one by one.
I was able to determine what the problematic extension was by doing this.
FYI uBlock Origin is ok. With regards to AdBlock, or another adblocker or privacy tool, I don't know.
Thank you very much, Patrick. I checked and had none of those extensions (I believe I have none whatsoever, as I have only downloaded Firefox for this purpose and added nothing). However, upon trying to download the app, I either get the 404 or the 500 error (which I obviously do not understand).
Thanks again for your kind reply!
