Installing Free-Lance SDL Studio 2015 on a second computer - Is only one install allowed?

Question

Hello! Thanks for reading this. I installed SDL Trados Studio 2015 on my machine it was activated on March 24, 2016. 
 As I downloaded a version of Studio 2015 SR3 on a second machine, entering my license code, I was "told" that I had no right to another installation. 
 Is this correct? My license only gives me the right to one instance of the program? This seems unusual to me. Please confirm--I have no way to contact SDL and ask for assistance. Thank you!

I have also contacted the only Free help SDL Trados grants--the licensing help. I was told that my license had been reset. Indeed, after reading the message from SDL Trados support, my Account window now showed that another installation was possible. I have now successfully activated Studio 2015 on my second machine... Thanks!

So don't I count as SDL Michel Mullejans ? Do you think it cost SDL nothing to set this up? Yes, it is a forum, and often you get a response here faster than you would through Technical support and it can cover any question at all, not just ones on our products. The main reason people need help is often licensing or installation issues and these are always provided free of charge to everyone. We also have a live chat which is heavily used and the team there provide free help for any question. They are not technical experts but you cannot expect SDL or any company to employ a large team of experts on the software to provide free support for anything... so we have a support contract. If you pay for a support contract you get: 
 
- the free help you're looking for on any topic related to the products SDL provide directly 
- free upgrades to every major version 
 
If you upgrade anyway why don't you pay for a support contract instead and then you get what you think you need?
