Installing a trial 2017. "Sdl.Community.Trialinstaller.Wrapper has stopped working"

Question

Hi guys, 
 I have problems installing the trial version of the Studio 2017. When starting a downloaded SdlTradosStudioTrialinstaller.exe-file I get this message 
 "Sdl.Community.Trialinstaller.Wrapper has stopped working" 
 and the whole process stops. Any ideas what to do? Im desperate. 
 I have uninstalled the Studio 2014 already and still no progress

Hello Maria Pyatkova 
 We have so far only seen a couple of such cases which have been escalated to our development testing team, but so far we have not been able to reproduce this in any similar environments. 
 However indications are that the AntiVirus software is blocking the two way communication to our servers and therefore blocking the install. 
 Could you please temporarily disable your AV to see if you are now able to install the software. 
 Also- please ensure you are logged in and have full admin rights to download and install software.

Before going forward, please check if your Internet Explorer Browser is fully updated. And please also check in your antivirus and whitelist Studio.

Thank you very much, Steven. That really helped. I found out that my Antivirus was blocking it, dont know why. Now Im in the installation process which is already great!

Thank you, Ana. I found that the problem was my AV, whitelisted and juhhuu! :)
