We have seen a couple of quite similar examples recently and believe this is to do with your AntiVirus updated definitions that are causing the issues and that the root causes are a modification in the registry through the AV (McAfee maybe) program.

The first thing I would suggest is first to disable your AV-

then run the following THREE resolutions in order

then add Studio to the AV white list (you can google this for your specific AV version if you are unsure)and then reboot and restart Studio.

Now all being correct Studio should run as expected.
