License return 2011-2014, doubts, need help!!

Question

Hello, I need to reformat the hard drive of my PC where I have installed Studio 2014 and 2011. I currently work with Studio 2014 in my laptop and need to keep Studio 2014 working in my laptop. I understand I need to return the licenses of my PC before reformatting.
The specific questions I have are the following:
-How to return an inactive Studio 2011 license? No videos available.
-If I return the Studio 2014 license in my PC, will this still be operational in my laptop?
-Can I have the Studio 2017 and 2014 versions operational in the same computer?

Hello Blanca Amoroso , The license for 2011 is inactive due to the upgrade to 2014, so you only need to uninstall Studio 2011. Regarding Studio 2014, you need to deactivate the license from the PC that you want to reformat in order to not block it and be able to reactivate it after that process without problems. This procedure doesn't affect the second activation of 2014 that you have in your laptop. In order to do that, please follow the steps in the article below:
