I forgot to deactivate my license for SDL Trados Studio 2017 before reformatting my labtop

Question

Hi, 
 Today my laptop broken down and I have no ideas but to reinstall/format the whole system. 
 After I reinstalled trados studio 2017 Freelance, it said "Activate Faliure" and inform me the license was "in use". I am just informed that I have to firstly deactivate the license on my old system till I checked the manual. 
 How can I handle such negative situation and predict the break down of the laptop, and to deactive the license in advance? 
 Can you please let me know how to deactivate the license displayed as "in use" in my account? Thanks so much!

Noted, thanks a lot for your prompt reply. I have tried to reset via your suggested link but no agent is online. Maybe the agent in charge of Asia-pacific is off work, I will try to contact again tomorrow morning. Thank you again for your help.

I'd recommend you complete the offline form as they can do a reset without you being there. So once they have your details you should be cared for.
