SDL freelancer issue

Hello,

I'm using SDL Trados Studio 2015 freelancer version and i faced the below issue while trying to open the tool.

“Newtonsoft.Json.Linq.object” doesn't contain for subscription.

Could you please help me in solving the above issue?

    Hi , are you running any apps from the appstore? If not perhaps make sure you have downloaded the latest version of Studio from your account. You should have these ones:

    SDL Trados Studio 2015 SR3 - 12.3.5281.10
    SDL MultiTerm 2015 SR2 - 12.2.1657.4

    If you don't have any apps installed, and you have the latest version then please log a case. For licensing or installation issues that prevent you from working we have a route for all customers to get help. This can be achieved really quickly using this link:

    gateway.sdl.com/liveagentlicensing

    You have two options:

    1. Submit a case using a webform
    2. Use live chat to get a licence reset

    You want to use the first option and make sure that you refer to this thread so the teams can see what you have tried already.
