I didn't find the manual download link for this upgrade in your post.
My installed Trados has consistently failed to check or install updates for a long time, even in Trados 2017.
Please provide a manual link for downloading and installing this CU.

What is the latest CU for Studio 2017 SR1 ?
Ths KB may be more useful... looks like the old one was lost after the KB was changed:

Essentially, CU18. Current versions for 2017 are:

I also have a problem with Memory. No translations generated,. I uninstalled it on my C drive and reinstalled it, but still does not work. It shows as a chice in settings and TMs choice but when I hover it once selected, It shows the message "The translation provider required for this entry is not installed on this machine".
I have so much work ahead, I am desperate!

I would like it to be only a visual error, but MyMemory does not work. Same with SDL Cloud Machine Translation.

I don't know what happened because I used it a week ago and it worked fine...
It may be impossible to help you as you're using a version of Studio we don't even support anymore. But I suggest you raise a new thread under the licensing and installation forum and we can try to help. The MyMemory is supported by the team that developed this (see the appstore record for who to contact), but we can look at your Language Cloud problem.
