How can I activate SDL Passolo 2016 on a single pc for 2 different users?

Hello everyone. 
 Can you please help me? We have a single license of SDL Passolo Professional Edition 2016. In the previous version of SDL Passolo 2011, it was possible to switch the license between more user accounts (one at a time). One user doing his work, locked the Passolo license and when finished and closed Passolo, the license was available to another user. We shared one license for more user accounts on a single pc. 
 Is such usage possible in SDL Passolo 2016 or do we need a license server or is there a different activation process or else? We do not want any additional purchase. 
 Now, when I try to run the license under the second user, I receive a message, that there is no license. When I try to activate the license under the second user, I receive a message, that I have 0 remaining licenses. 
 Any help or clarification on this issue would be appreciated.

No this is not possible. 
The only people that have access to the account/license is the person(s) named on that specific account. 
 
ie. if the current account (holding the license) is registered to Jane@anyaccount.com then its not possible to access this account with a different user ID/email- even if that is a registered SDL account. 
You can however add a secondary admin user to the current valid account (holding the license)- which then gives full access to the license and downloads etc. 
 
You can have as many people registered (admins) as you wish- but only one user can use the software at any given time.

As I can see from your account, you have a single user license which can only be used on that machine. 
It is not possible to use a single user license on multiple machines (not quite sure what was possible with the old legacy version)- so if you do need multiple users (not at the same time) you would need to upgrade to a network version.

Hello Marketa Pancova (MarketaPancova), 
 Although I could see the order on the account registered to jb****@yourdomain.cz 
 I had actually overseen the fact that this version was a 'dongle' version - 
 which means you physically have to have the 'dongle' to run the software (account access under these circumstances is not needed) on your machine. 
 This type of 'dongle' requires a 'serial port' in order to work. 
 After speaking to a couple of Passolo experts here, they have suggested this older Passolo version may not even run on newer operating systems.
