Cannot export a translation in Trados 2011

Question

Hi, I'm working on a project in Trados 2011. When I try to export the translated file, I'm getting an error message:
"Failed to save target content: Cannot find file type definition with id WordprocessingML v. 2" Please advise. Thanks!

Unfortunately Studio 2011 is no longer supported and I dont have this installed so cannot test this 100% 
However I believe this format (MS Word 2007-2016) was not supported in Studio 2011 versions. 
 
You could try the following- (maybe it might work for 2011- not sure). 
 gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge 
 
If this does not work, maybe the only option would be to return the bilingual SDLXLIFF file to the client and ask them to do the export as they will have the original file required to do this. 
 
Maybe this would be a good time to for you to upgrade your Studio version so you dont have recurring issues like this.

You cannot save the target file with Studio 2011 because the sdlxliff was created with a filetype that did not exist in 2011. You have two options: 
 
1. Only translate the file and send back the sdlxliff, or a return package if you were sent a Studio package by your client, or 
2. Upgrade to Studio 2017
