License Activation SDL Trados Freelance 2017

Question

I purchased SDL Trados and Multiterm and even though I haven't been able to set up the programs (because they require the activation code for my license) when I try to activate them it says my license is already in use. How do I fix this so that I can use the software?

Hi Joel Mortensen , 
 You can ask for help by filling out the form here: 
 licensing and installation help 
 
 Fill out all the details then click 'Submit Case'. Most importantly, give them the email you are contactable on accurately and select 'Licensing' under 'Case Type'. 
 
 The policy is to reply within 24 hours for licensing issues but they often get back much quicker than that.

 After checking our systems, it would appear that you have not yet logged a support ticket. 
 If this is still the case, please note you can also reset your own license via your SDL Account/Licenses as follows-
