Hi everybody,
I have just installed Trdos 2014 on my Windows 10, I double clicked on the icon but it freezed on the page "checking license" and when I click on it for another time, an error message is displayed as "an error occurred while retrieving your license! Trados 2014." and the button "deactivate license" is enable while I have not still activated the tool.
Would you please help?
P.S.: I have tried to re-install it a few time and all went in vain.

I am getting the same error. If I start Trados 2014 as Administrator I can use my product. Reseting my license did not fix this error. What else can I do?
