Hello.
I had to reset my computer to factory settings and now I am unable to activate my Trados license because it is already activated. I did not deactivate it before the reset, so now I can not deactivate it to make it available.
How do I activate my software?

You didn't mention the version you use but onoe of these should help... you can sort this out yourself.
