I need your help concerning a license deactivation and reactivation. Studio is no more opening on the laptop where my license was installed due to some hardisk problems. I bought a new laptop and I need to deactivate my license on the old laptop and reactive it on the new one.
Could you please inform me how to do so?

Hello Mareine ABBOUD ,
You can simply reset your own license by accessing your SDL account - Products&Plans/LICENSES and clicking on Return License
Within a few minutes you be able to reuse the same activation code to activate your new installation.
