Cant upgrade SDL 2011 to 2017.

Question

I am having trouble upgrading from SDL 2011 to 2017. I had the same problem trying to install SDL 2014, this is the issue I have "error Suite Repair Utility could not be installed ". Any solutions?

 If none of the solutions offered there does the trick then you can contact Installation Help free of charge, here: 
 Installation and licensing help 
 Fill in the form, s electing 'installation' from the 'Case type' dropdown and give your correct email address so that they can contact you.
