Error writing to file StudioUpdateClient.exe - same as last year - cannot update Trados

Hi everyone. I have a Trados Freelance Plus 2017 edition. Last year, an updater window popped up prompting me to update, so I did and then, after a lengthy installation period, I got an error message that says: " Error writing to file C:/ProgramData/SDL/SDL Trados Studio/Studio 5/Updates/StudioUpdateClient.exe. Verify that you have access to that directory. "

During that opportunity, Paul Filkin helped me by uploading the files on a dropbox so I could download and manually install the update.

I'm having exactly the same problem this year. 

Does anyone know where I can get these files? I cannot find them in the links from last year's discussion.

I'm relatively new to the forum and have no idea about whether to privately message Paul or post here?
