Hello, This is the first time, I ask a question here, so I hope I do it in the right way and there is someone who can help: I have a license I can use alternately on two computers. I deactivated my license to activate it on my other computer. No I cannot activate the license anymore, neither on the first nor on the second computer. Online and Offline-activation both fail.
Error Message: Online-Activation: "Could not generate license because:" (no reason indicated)
Offline-Activation: "Beim Abrufen Ihres Aktivierungszertifikats ist ein Problem aufgetreten. Überprüfen Sie Ihre Installations-ID, oder wenden Sie sich an den Support."

What can I do, I cannot use Trados anymore!
