Last week I bought an upgrade for Trados Studio 2019. I am unable to install the Prompsit plugin. SDL Trados 2014 is now removed from my computer. I can see Prompsit in the TM list but it doesn't work. Maybe it's an installation issue?
I've downloaded the plugin but if i try to open it, SDL Trados 2019 starts again the installation of the whole program.
Anyone can help someway? Thanks a lot!

Which version of the plug in are you trying to install?
There is an updated version (2019) on the SDL App Store https://appstore.sdl.com/language/app/prompsit-mt-plugin/916/

Could you go to either your downloads folder or the folder where you have saved the app please-
For example :
Do you see the little blue plugin icon?
Simply double click (Studio should be closed at this time) to install.
What happens now? can you provide screen shots?

Ok thank you-
Then the first thing I would look at is to ensure your Windows Explorer is running-
Go to TASK MANAGER (CTRL+ALT+DELETE) Look for Windows Explorer and restart the service
(if it is still running-then first 'End Process'- then go to (in task Manager) FILE- then type in 'explorer.exe' and then enter.
Should you still have no luck- please temporarily disable your AntiVirus provider (1-2 hours) restart your machine and try the above Explorer restart.
